This recently available 2,095 sq. ft. condominium in Bonita Springs' Hawthorne community is centrally located and close to everything in beautiful SW Florida! Close to world-class shopping and dining. Just north of vibrant Naples and 5th Avenue dining and shops. Just south of spectacular Sanibel, Captiva, and just a couple of miles from Bonita Springs beach front sunset!
This 2nd floor condo boasts a very spacious, single level floor plan including 3 bedrooms / 2 bath / formal dining / casual dining / and a vary spacious living area. A furnished lanai, overlooking the natural preserve, forms a perfect area for your morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine. The entire home is newly furnished and includes a modern, fully appointed kitchen to give you that at home feel.
The huge master bedroom is furnished with a very comfortable king-sized bed, dresser and night tables, and boasts large his and hers California closets. The very large master bath includes a roman tub with separate shower, double vanities and a private powder room. Because the bedroom is so spacious, we have included a work area equipped with dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, and laptop docking station. Just plug in your laptop using the USB-C connection. The master bedroom overlooks the lanai.
The first guest bedroom includes 2 queen beds and a spacious closet. The room is equipped with a 42” smart TV.
The second guest bedroom offers a single queen bed with its own closet as well. The room is equipped with a 42” smart TV. The guest bedrooms offer a western exposure allowing the afternoon sunset to shine through.
We include Xfinity wifi internet and cable television. The living area includes a new 65” smart TV with similar TVs in the guest rooms.
Downstairs you will find a large 2.5 car garage perfect for your vehicles or storage needs. The garage is accessible through the home.
Hawthorne is a gated community with 24-hour security, 2 heated pools, 2 lighted tennis courts, 2 fitness centers, a clubhouse, and sidewalks throughout the community. Perfect for enjoying your long walks or bike rides.

Summary: The condo is spacious, light, and private. We loved the natural preserve behind the condo and saw interesting wildlife while the preserve absorbed much of the inevitable noise in SW Florida from 41 and 75 traffic. The interior design on the condo is well laid out, it had everything we needed. We loved this property, and the owner was a wonderful host.
